Preschool & Young 5s
At WCA, we believe that early learning should be joyful, meaningful, and grounded in God’s truth. Our Preschool and Young 5s programs nurture the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually—through hands-on activities, purposeful play, and loving relationships.
Each classroom is led by Christian educators who serve as both teachers and mentors. With low student-to-teacher ratios, every child is known, loved, and supported in a safe, grace-filled environment.

Daily Schedule
Children enjoy a variety of structured and exploratory activities:
- Circle Time – Bible stories, theme-based learning, and literacy
- Center Time – Science, writing, math, dramatic play, art, and sensory exploration
- Music & Movement – Songs, instruments, rhythm activities
Recess – Outdoor time to play and grow friendships

Class Times:
- Morning: 8:30–11:30 AM
- Lunch: 11:30–12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 12:15–3:20 PM
Before & After Care
Before Care: 7:30–8:15 AM
After Care: 3:20–5:30
Readiness & Requirements
- 3s Preschool: Children must be 2½ and fully potty trained by the first day of school
- Programs focus on independence, curiosity, and wonder in God’s creation
- Early academic readiness introduced in fun, age-appropriate ways

- All staff are committed Christians who nurture students with love and purpose
- Lead teachers hold a 4-year degree or higher
- All staff are CPR & First Aid certified and background-checked
