Application Process
We’re honored that you’re considering WCA as a partner in your child’s education. Our faculty is already preparing for the year ahead, and we’re excited about the opportunity to serve your family with a Christ-centered, academically excellent education.
Applying for K–12
Families applying for Kindergarten through 12th grade should complete the online application through our FACTS Family Portal. The process includes creating an account, filling out the application, and uploading the required documents.
Please note: Application fees are non-refundable and do not guarantee admission. Many classes for the current school year are at or near capacity.

Applying for Preschool
If you’re applying to our preschool or Young 5s program, please do not use the FACTS portal Instead:

How to Create a FACTS Family Portal Login

You’ll receive an email from FACTS with a secure link to set your username and password. Once complete, return to the Family Portal to log in and continue your application.
