How do I apply to WCA?
Families applying for Kindergarten through 12th grade should complete the online application through the FACTS Family Portal. How can I find out about tuition and financial aid?
Because WCA offers a personalized approach to tuition and financial aid, we ask families to contact our admissions team directly for current tuition information. What grade levels does WCA serve?
We serve students from Preschool through 12th grade, including a homeschool partnership program for part-time enrollment in specific courses or activities.
Is WCA affiliated with a specific church or denomination?
No—WCA is a non-denominational Christian school. We welcome families from a wide range of Christian traditions who share our commitment to a Christ-centered education.
Does WCA offer programs for homeschool families?
Yes! Our Homeschool Partnership Program provides access to core and elective classes, elective days, athletics, academic advising, and more. Families can tailor their involvement to fit their needs
Are campus tours available?
Absolutely! The best way to experience WCA is to visit in person. Schedule a tour to meet our staff, explore the campus, and ask any questions you may have.
Is financial aid available?
Yes—WCA offers need-based variable tuition. After you complete an enrollment application, you’ll be able to apply for financial aid securely through FACTS. Please note: Financial aid is generally not available for preschool.
When should I apply?
We recommend applying as early as possible, as many of our classes reach capacity. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and seats are limited.
